Having entered the European trailer axles market in 2010, VALX has been furthering its success under the banner of Fuwa Group, since 2014.

The VALX axles produced with WABCO calipers and VDL WEWELER suspensions are not only known for diligent design and the strong focus on customers and quality, but also have proven their endurance through the hardest tests applied to date.

VALX AXLE WITH DISC BRAKE

AXLE BEAM: The axle is based on an extremely strong seamless, cold-drawn beam design. The non-welded beam structure eliminates risks of weakening or material degradation.

HUB: The hub units offer 0 or 120 mm offset and 19.5 or 22.5 inch wheel sizes. AIR SUSPENSION: The specially developed VDL WEWELER air suspension meets the VALX philosophy of light weight, low component count and minimal maintenance. A wide range of ride heights and offsets can be accommodated by only one type of shock absorber, air spring, hanger bracket and two different tail ends. DISC: The air discs included in the design by VALX ensure optimal brake cooling. The design is optimized to handle wear and different temperatures, including the effects of thermal shocks. CALIPER: WABCO's proven reliable single-piston technology has made the PAN range one of the most successful air disc brake ranges. The universal WABCO/VALX calipers are field‑replaceable with other standard components for optimum serviceability. WABCO's PAN 19-1 and PAN 22-1 caliper types are standard fitment.
