Pomlead is a brand that was founded in China in 2010 and specializes in the development and manufacture of aluminum wheels and all other aluminum parts for commercial vehicles, passenger cars and rail transit.

Pomlead has 2 production centers covering an area of 544,000㎡ with an annual production capacity of 4 million wheels. Current wheel production exceeds 2 million, and Pomlead supplies products to many regions and countries around the world, including the world's largest OEMs.

Pomlead is committed to the vision of "Pomlead, for a lighter earth, striving for the target" to build the advanced industrial base of lightweight forged aluminum wheels. Pomlead invested the first 12,000 tons of intelligent fully-automatic forging line in China, high-precision CNC line and various types of testing equipment such as spectrum detector, ultrasonic and fluorescent flaw detectors, impact and fatigue testers.

Pomlead has obtained more than 50 patents, 10 of which are patents for invention. Pomlead work closely with famous universities like Southeast University and research institutions, who could provide technical support for technological innovations related to new materials and leading process know-how. Pomlead has passed certificates of German LBF, TUV, American Smithers ,ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, OHSAS18001, American DOT-T, Japanese VIA, Brazilian INMETRO and so on to make our products to comply with different regional and national standards.

Since August of 2020, İntermobil is operating as Pomlead’s sole representative in Turkey. İntermobil, brings the leading products of Pomlead to Turkish automotive sector.

Intelligent Sawing Line

Full-Automatic Sawing Line for Aluminum Billet and Ultrasonic 100% flaw detector line. Every high-strength 6061 alloy billet used is strictly screened.

Intelligent Forging Line

Pomlead have the first 12,000 Tons of intelligent fully-automatic forging line (operating with FanucRoberts) with high technology to ensure the incomparable high strength of Pomlead forged aliminum wheel.

Intelligent Flow-Forming Line

Intelligent cold flow-forming automatic production line. Make wheel structure more uniform and compact. Greatly increase the wheel strength and anti-deforming capacity.

Intelligent Heat Treatment Line

Fully-automatic Intelligent Heat Treatment Line. After T6 heat treatment, the mechanical properties of wheel are greatly increased. Making the wheels with high strength, high toughness, fatigue resistance and good corrosion resistance.

Intelligent CNC Line

The diamond cut process is carried out by the CNC machine where are no soldering point. Insure each wheel have perfect size, roundness and dynamic balance.

Intelligent Cleaning Line

Each wheel pass the cleaning line with function of automatic 100% flaw detection can ensure the wheel will not fade to yellow, oxidize and shine as new in normal use.

Perfect Testing Center

All wheels are subjected to rigorous testing before delivery through impact testing machine, fatigue bending machine and radial fatigue testing machine to ensure their flawless quality.
