TIS-Web® Data Management (DMM)
Fleet managers can have a clear overview of all the important fleet data on the screen and create reports with a single click. They can also export figures in CSV format to import them into their company's own data processing systems.

Just one click to import data from the digital tachograph and driver card
It is possible to import driver and vehicle data with all VDO download solutions, such as DLK Pro or DLD, in TIS-Web®. Analogue tachograph disks are imported using the VDO Chart Analyzer or TIS-Web Scanner.
Just select the appropriate device and the download starts automatically.

TIS-Web® Motion
See vehicle movement on a clear map overview. You see immediately which vehicle can take on an additional load without making a long detour. If you want to display location data in TIS-Web® Motion, you only need your vehicles to be equipped with a digital tachograph with Release 1.3 or higher, a SmartLink and the free TIS-Web Fleet app.
If a DTCO 1381 digital tachograph with Release 2.0a or higher is installed in the vehicle, information on the VDO Counter can be displayed in addition to location data. Regardless of the DTCO Release, the loads are also transmitted, which can be entered manually by the driver. This allows you to calculate free capacity quickly and also see how much driving time remains for each of the drivers.
Display the routes travelled by your trucks. Location data from DTCO 2.1 (with GeoLoc connected) is transmitted to TIS-Web DMM and displayed via TTIS-Web® Motion.

DLK Download Key is a device combining mobile reading and storage functions together. The units are installed at the front interface of the digital tachograph, and allow data downloading from driver cards and mass storage devices. In addition, the driver card can also be downloaded separately via the card reader integrated in the key. The data can then be transferred to the computer via the USB port, and analyzed using the software.

Thanks to the internal SD card reader, it is possible to create back-ups of the data as well (a supplementary SD card will be required). The data can be read directly on the 2.2” color TFT touch screen. Explanatory symbols provide guidance to the users, through the menu. The DLK Pro TIS-Compact is a tool for downloading, archiving and managing data in one and is particularly suitable for owner-drivers or smaller fleets with up to five vehicles and ten drivers. It makes it possible to read data from digital tachographs and driver cards quickly and securely, transfer the data to a PC and then display, archive and print it out with the aid of an integrated PC application. In addition, the driver card can also be downloaded separately via the card reader integrated in the key.

When operating a large fleet, the vehicles come back to the yard on a regular basis. If this is the case, it is easy to use the DLD Short Range II to download all data from the mass storage devices and driver cards to your company WLAN while the vehicles are in the truck parking area. The download starts automatically: as soon as the vehicle is in a certain area, a check is made using the job sheet in the Remote TCO Manager (software is part of the scope of delivery) to see whether a download needs to be carried out for the driver or the vehicle. Download Terminal DLT Pro allows the drivers to read the data from the mass storage devices and driver cards themselves, even outside office opening hours. The device can be set up in any room where the drivers have access to. All they have to do is to insert their driver card or download key to show the data on the display and download it to the reader.

VDO Driver App
Digital tachographs are often not integrated within the driver's immediate field of vision. The VDO Driver app in combination with the DTCO® SmartLink ensures that the driver can still always see his or her driving and rest periods.
The digital tachograph data is sent to the app directly via the SmartLink, where it is presented exactly as it is on the tachograph display. When your tachograph has the VDO Counter function (release 2.0 or higher, can be updated), it is also possible to view remaining daily and weekly driving hours. This means that drivers can reliably comply with legal regulations without having to undertake complicated calculations.
TIS-Web® Fleet App
The TIS-Web® Fleet App is the interface between office and driver and simplifies daily driving operations dramatically. Installed on the driver’s smartphone, it receives the data via the DTCO® SmartLink. It also sends these as well the data entered manually by the drivers, directly to TIS-Web.
So, business processes will be optimized, the communication will be facilitated, and thus the fleet utilization will be improved.

This additional monitoring device can be used to record a vehicle's fuel consumption directly using digital tachographs (DTCO® Release 1.2a or higher). Drivers can print out a report covering up to three months. The fleet managers can easily analyze this data on the screen. Doing so makes it possible for the managers and the drivers to see when and where unusually large amounts of fuel were consumed.
